Residence Halls Remain Open for Thanksgiving Break

All Residence Halls will remain open during Thanksgiving break, November 22-26. Staff members will be in the halls during the break and a limited number of front desks will be open. Please visit Dining Services website for more information on location hours. As a reminder, halls close for winter break on Friday, December 15 at 2 p.m. More information will be shared after Thanksgiving including timeslots for departures.
If you are leaving campus, prepare your room for your departure:
- Dispose of all trash
- Close and secure all windows
- Turn off the lights in your room
- Lock and secure your doors
- Set your thermostat to 65 degrees in auto prior to departure
Traffic and parking information: Share with anyone picking you up and dropping you off.
- All regular university traffic and parking rules and regulations apply. To be clear and to help you plan, please remember that:
- No vehicles may be parked on sidewalks.
- No unauthorized vehicles may park in ADA parking spaces.
- All parking spaces and garages on campus require payment as indicated.
- For specific information regarding parking on campus can be found at http://osu.campusparc.com.
Open Front Desks and Hours (hours subject to change):
Columbus
- Drackett, Park Stradley, and Morrill will be open 24 hours.
- All other desks will close at 4 p.m. on Tuesday, November 21, and reopen at 8 a.m. on Sunday, November 26.
